Who we are and what these terms cover

This site (theblueoceangrowthpackage.com, theblueoceangpt.com, theblueoceanoverview.com, theblueoceansignals.com, theblueoceannetwork.com and their pages) is operated by Odys Global OÜ, registry code 14248077, VAT EE102003167, Kastani tn 92, Tartu, Estonia, trading as The Blue Ocean Growth Package, The Blue Ocean GPT, The Blue Ocean Overview, The Blue Ocean Signals, The Blue Ocean Network and Odys Blue Ocean. These terms cover your use of this site and the text messages we send to people who opt in on it. Odys Global's company-wide Terms of Use apply alongside; where the two differ, this page governs for this site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Text messaging (SMS) programme terms

Programme. Text messages from Odys Global OÜ (The Blue Ocean Overview). When you tick the text-message box on one of our forms, we may send you SMS messages about your AI Overview check, reminders for calls you book with us, and replies from your consultant, at the mobile number you provided. These are account notifications and customer care messages; we send no marketing or promotional texts.

Verification code. Where a form asks you to confirm your mobile number, one text with a code is sent to it by our verification provider when you continue past the notice under the field. It confirms the number and carries no further messages; it is not part of the programme above.

Frequency. Message frequency varies. Most people receive a handful of messages in the two weeks after they apply; reminders follow any call you book. Messages are sent between 8:00 and 20:00 in your local time.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's charges are yours; we never charge for a text.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages from the programme. Reply START to opt back in. Opting out of texts stops all further texts, reminders included; if you have a call booked with us we confirm it by email instead.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email hi@odys.global.

Carriers. Supported carriers include all major US, Canadian and UK carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Your mobile opt-in is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; the providers that deliver the messages process it on our behalf. See the Privacy Policy.

WhatsApp. If you also ticked the WhatsApp box, the same rules apply to WhatsApp messages from us at that number. Reply STOP there to opt out.

Using this site

This site is for businesses and their representatives. By applying you confirm you are at least 18 and act for the business you name.
Odys Global and The Blue Ocean Overview are not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google in any form or fashion. Google, Gemini and AI Overviews are trademarks of Google LLC.
The AI Overview check we send is free and carries no obligation on either side. It describes how often Google's AI Overview and Gemini name your brand today and what we would work towards; it is not a promise of results, which depend on the keywords, the market and the implementation.
The content of this site belongs to Odys Global or its licensors. You may read it and share links to it; you may not copy it for commercial use without our written permission.
We may change this site and these terms at any time; the date at the top says when they last changed.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes are resolved as set out in Odys Global's company-wide Terms of Use.

Partnership terms

The commercial terms of a Blue Ocean partnership (monthly billing, cancellation at the end of any paid month, the 30-day proof period, exclusivity of one partner per niche and market, and refunds) are set out on your proposal page and in the proposal email you receive after your call. They form the agreement for that engagement; nothing on this site does.
