This site (theblueoceangrowthpackage.com, theblueoceangpt.com, theblueoceanoverview.com, theblueoceansignals.com, theblueoceannetwork.com and their pages) is operated by Odys Global OÜ, registry code 14248077, VAT EE102003167, Kastani tn 92, Tartu, Estonia, trading as The Blue Ocean Growth Package, The Blue Ocean GPT, The Blue Ocean Overview, The Blue Ocean Signals, The Blue Ocean Network and Odys Blue Ocean. Odys Global is the controller of the personal data described below. Questions and requests: privacy@odys.global. This page is the privacy policy for this site; Odys Global's company-wide policy at odys.global applies alongside it.
Information you provide. When you apply for a strategy session we collect your name, company email, mobile phone number, business URL, optionally a social media profile link or handle where we may message you, and your answers to the qualification questions, so a consultant can assess fit and contact you. On our call and playbook pages (every page with a form that asks for a mobile number) we also send a one-time code by text message to confirm the mobile number is yours; the number is shared with our verification provider for that purpose only. If the confirmation is not completed, we keep the details you entered for up to six months so we can follow up. We also record which of the consent boxes on the form you ticked, when, on which page, and the IP address and browser of that submission.
Information collected automatically. We use PostHog (EU-hosted) for product analytics: pages viewed, interactions, approximate location from IP, device and browser information, and campaign parameters (e.g. utm_*) that brought you here. Analytics requests are proxied through this website's own domain.
Chat, scheduling and measurement. If you open the support chat (Zendesk) or book a time (Calendly embed), those services process the details you enter there. If you arrived via one of our advertising campaigns, Google and/or Meta measurement cookies may be used to attribute your visit and, if you submit the form, the fact that a lead was submitted. Independently of how you arrived, when you submit the form we also report the submission to Meta from our own server so that this measurement works when browser cookies are blocked: your email address, phone number, name and our analytics identifier are sent in hashed (pseudonymised) form, together with your IP address, browser information, the page you submitted from and any Meta click or browser identifiers present.
About your request. When you apply, a consultant contacts you by phone and email to prepare and follow up on your eligibility check (performance of pre-contractual steps). If you book a call, we send confirmations and reminders for it by email and, where you ticked the box, by text message.
Text messages (SMS). Only if you tick the SMS box on the form: we send SMS messages about your check, reminders for calls you book and replies from your consultant, at the mobile number you gave us (consent). These are account notifications and customer care messages; we send no marketing texts. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. The programme terms are in our Terms.
WhatsApp. Only if you tick the WhatsApp box: we may message you on WhatsApp at the same number about your request (consent). Reply STOP there at any time.
Email. Emails about your own request need no separate consent. Where we later send you offers or market notes by email, we do so on the basis of our legitimate interest in following up a business enquiry, and every such email carries an unsubscribe link and our postal address. Our emails carry a small image and tracked links so we can see whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked; we use that only to time our follow-up, we keep it for 180 days, and we do not record your IP address from it.
Social profiles. If you gave us a social link or handle, we may send you one message there about your request (Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram or WhatsApp, as given).
You can withdraw consent or object at any time: reply STOP to a text or WhatsApp message, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or write to privacy@odys.global. Opting out of texts stops all further texts, reminders included; we then confirm any booked call by email instead.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Calls and video calls with our consultants may be recorded and transcribed after we tell you so at the start of the call. We use the transcript to prepare your assessment and proposal; AI tools help us fill in our records from it and draft replies, and a consultant reviews what they produce. A proposal video may be generated with a consultant's AI voice and likeness, and says so. Recordings and transcripts are kept for up to 12 months unless a partnership starts.
We use vetted service providers acting as processors: Cloudflare (hosting, data storage and email delivery), JustCall (text messages, WhatsApp, calls, call recording and transcription), Google (the mailboxes our consultants write from), PostHog EU (analytics), Zendesk (chat), Calendly (scheduling), Prelude (delivery of SMS verification codes), Anthropic (AI processing of call transcripts and messages, see above), Telegram (the shared channel we open with partners) and, for campaign measurement only, Google and Meta. Where providers process data outside the EEA and the UK, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Lead details are kept for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your enquiry, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless we enter a business relationship. Your consent record (which boxes you ticked, when, on which page, and the connection details of that submission) is kept for 5 years as proof that we had your permission. Call recordings and transcripts: up to 12 months. Analytics data is retained per PostHog's standard retention. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Residents of US states with privacy laws (California and others) have similar rights; we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Write to privacy@odys.global and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. This site is for businesses and their representatives, not for people under 18.
